Protein Localization
I agree with Victoria's post about Protein Localization because the post gives a clear explanation of how important it is for proteins to be located in specific locations and sequences. Proteins are location-specific; therefore, their location determines how effective they are in performing functions (Samra, 2020). Localizing the tumor suppressor gene to a different cellular component might lead to the development of tumor growth.
The post reminds me of a relative I lost because of a brain tumor. It was a sad moment for the family after we had visited several hospitals to save her life, but it was all in vain. I now know that tumor occurs when p53 becomes oncogenic, leading to uncontrollable cell growth and division and tumor development in body tissues (Orre, 2019). I find this concept interesting because p53 functions normally when it is not altered but instead left to stay in its standard location.

Therefore, it is necessary to avoid altering the natural order of body functions the way God designed them and instead work towards maintaining them (Mita, 2018). God created everything to perform specific functions within a particular order, and everything in this world has a purpose.
